Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the events team. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made: More than 60 days prior to the event: deposit retained only 30–59 days prior: 50% of the agreed minimum spend/hire fee payable 14–29 days prior: 75% of the agreed minimum spend/hire fee payable Less than 14 days prior: 100% of the agreed minimum spend/hire fee payable Where possible, the venue may offer a transfer to an alternative date at management discretion.

Additional Event Notes & House Rules We kindly ask all guests to respect neighbouring residents and venue teams when arriving and departing the venue. Decorations are welcome with prior approval; however: No confetti, glitter, or open flames No wall fixings or adhesives that may damage surfaces External suppliers, DJs or entertainment must be approved in advance by the events team. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or end an event where behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive or disruptive. Food and beverage brought into the venue externally is not permitted unless agreed in advance. Event timings, music levels and venue capacities must comply with licensing regulations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the event. All personal belongings and decorations must be removed promptly at the end of the hire period unless agreed otherwise.
