Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following charges will apply depending on how much notice is provided in writing: * **More than 28 days' notice:** Your initial deposit will be forfeited, but no additional venue hire charges or minimum spend balances will be due. * **Between 14 and 28 days' notice:** You will be charged 50% of the total estimated booking value, including venue hire, pre-booked drinks packages, and experiences. * **Less than 14 days' notice:** You will be charged 100% of the total estimated booking value. No refunds or partial refunds can be issued at this stage.
