    Just stayed here for one night with my son. From arriving at the hotel I was made to feel really welcome. Service upon check in was excellent. Room was good, beds were comfy and good facilities. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. Location is fantastic. You can walk from King’s Cross to the hotel. Russell Square tube station is just around the corner. You have a small shopping centre just across the road too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

    We had a very nice stay, the staff was very sweet and had answers to all our questions. I have celiac and at breakfast had a lot of choices which is very appreciated. The staff always greeted us with a big smile, the room was nice and clean. We’d like to shoutout Yacqub who helped us on our final day and made it less stressful. For us the location was good, the neighborhood was quiet, an underground station is very close and so is Russell square (a very cute little park), and we like walking so for us it was good, I would recommend looking where are the places you want to visit for Oxford street and most of the museums are around 20-30 min walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

    I stay here a lot for work. The location is very good and the hotel has recently been renovated, so the rooms are fresh and modern too. But it’s the staff who really shine. Friendly service in big cities can be hard to find. Not here. The team is professional, efficient and warm. Big shout out to Aleena, a waitress in the Artful Critic restaurant, who embodies those values and whose friendly smile cheered me up at the end of a long day.

    Business trip, arrived just before midday but was provided access to my (newly refurbished) room immediately, with no questions asked. Really pleasant check-in process. Aside from the overall quality of the hotel, which is currently undergoing upgrades, the stand out for me was the hospitality. At every guest interaction, including reception, coffee shop, restaurant and concierge, every single member of staff without exception was pleasant, courteous and genuinely friendly. Even at breakfast where service can often be functional, I witnessed multiple staff chatting with guests, being engaging and generally just being nice. Great service is a difficult thing to get consistently right, especially in the current climate in hospitality, but this hotel gets it spot on.

    Excellent location, extremely close to Underground and local amenities. We had some issues with our room (poor aircon, shower supplied boiling water only and the telephone didn’t work) which meant we had a 2 night stay in 2 different rooms, it caused a little annoyance, however the staff looked after us with complementary breakfast and drinks. The service from the front desk, bar and restaurant staff was excellent from start to finish. Habi was so lovely with our teenage children, she made such an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you. Would’ve been 5* if we didn’t have issues with our room.
